Alfa Romeo has been a participant in the market since Cavalier Ugo Stella acquired Alexandre Darracq’s ownership of a car company in 1910. It is known as “Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili,” also referred to as Anonymous Lombard Automobile Factory, and is situated outside of Milan, Italy. Together, the two men built automobiles up until shortly after World War I, when Nicola Romeo took over as company manager.
